By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Service.

We collect several types of information to provide and improve the Service:

When you install Propsly to your Slack workspace, we collect:

For Pro tier subscriptions, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. We only receive:

  • Last four digits of your card (for display purposes)
  • Card brand and expiration date
  • Billing address
  • Stripe customer and subscription IDs

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: Process props, generate leaderboards, deliver notifications, and enable all core features
  • Process Transactions: Handle subscription payments and reward gift card issuance
  • Generate Analytics: Create engagement metrics, team breakdowns, and usage statistics for workspace administrators
  • Send Communications: Deliver props notifications, account updates, and (if opted in) product announcements
  • Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to develop new features and enhance existing ones
  • Provide Support: Respond to your inquiries and resolve issues
  • Ensure Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with Legal Obligations: Meet regulatory requirements and respond to legal requests

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal information. Auralite Solutions LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Slack workspace information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service:

  • Slack Technologies, LLC: Platform integration for the Propsly Slack app
  • Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions
  • Tremendous: Gift card delivery for reward automation
  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Hosting and data storage

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and must maintain appropriate security measures.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency), including to:

  • Protect and defend our rights or property
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing

When you uninstall Propsly from your Slack workspace, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@propsly.io. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will:

  • Delete your workspace data within 30 days
  • Remove personal information from active systems
  • Retain only anonymized or aggregated data for analytics

Some information may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records for tax compliance).

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Access Controls: Strict access controls and authentication for our systems
  • Infrastructure Security: Hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with regular security audits

8.2 Correction

You can update your profile information through Slack. For other corrections, please contact us.

8.3 Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal information as described in Section 6.2. Note that some data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

8.4 Communication Preferences

You can opt out of promotional communications by:

  • Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in marketing emails
  • Adjusting notification settings in the Service

Note that you cannot opt out of transactional communications (e.g., payment confirmations, security alerts).

8.5 Slack Permissions

You can modify the permissions granted to Propsly through your Slack workspace settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit the functionality of the Service.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@propsly.io, and we will take steps to delete such information.

10. International Data Transfers

Propsly is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and the processing of your information in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

11. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
